Transactions

Every spend, classified the way humans think.

Logging a transaction in TrackAm takes seconds. But each one carries the signals that power your behaviour scores — importance, intent, planned-vs-impulse — so the patterns beneath the numbers can surface honestly.

Insights surfacing top leaks across transactions

Importance

"Importance 2 / 10 — TrackAm will flag this as avoidable in your monthly review."

Planned?

"Mark unplanned to help your impulse score recognise its triggers."

Classified

"Categorised as Family Support — counted against this month's family cap, not personal spending."

Signals that matter

An importance slider from 1 to 10, a planned-vs-impulse toggle, and a classification that distinguishes personal spending from family support, business expenses, debt servicing, investment moves, and refunds. These are not extra fields — they are the inputs to your behavioural picture.

  • Importance 1–10, with low values surfacing in your "avoidable" review.
  • Planned vs unplanned, feeding the impulse signal.
  • Classification keeps personal, family, and business pictures separate.
  • Optional notes, receipt link, and the bucket the money moved from.

Filter the way you actually look

The wallet view groups by day, with quick filters for account, money-in vs money-out, category, and classification. Long-press a row to delete — the balance impact is automatically reversed so nothing drifts.
