Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TrackAm — the mobile app, the website at https://gettrackam.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by JamaSoft Concept LTD ("we", "us"). By creating a TrackAm account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What TrackAm is, and isn't

TrackAm is a personal-finance behaviour tracker. It is not a bank, a payment processor, a money-remittance service, an investment advisor, or a regulated financial institution. We do not move money on your behalf. We don't hold your funds. We don't have access to your bank accounts or cards.

The "Send Money" flow inside TrackAm opens your existing bank app via a deep link and lets you complete the transfer there. TrackAm logs the transaction afterwards based on your confirmation. We never see the actual payment.

2. Not financial advice

Stingy AI's narratives, sanity checks, and verdicts are software output, not personal financial advice. They're suggestions and observations from your own logged data. You alone are responsible for your money decisions. Consult a qualified financial advisor for advice tailored to your situation.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where that's the legal minimum) to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and PIN secret. Use the in-app PIN + biometric lock.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@gettrackam.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One human, one account. Don't share login credentials.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use TrackAm to:

• Break any applicable law or facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctioned activity.
• Reverse-engineer the app, decompile it, or attempt to bypass its security.
• Scrape, mass-extract, or otherwise abuse our APIs.
• Upload content you don't have the right to upload (e.g. receipts that are not yours).
• Harass other users or our staff. Stingy AI may be blunt — it is a software character, and is not a real employee.

5. Fees

Any pricing applicable to TrackAm is displayed on the App Store or Google Play listing at the point of download or in-app purchase. You will never be charged without explicit consent inside the app or the relevant store. We do not collect payment information directly at signup.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't promise it. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our control. The mobile app continues to work offline for read operations on cached data and most write operations sync once connectivity returns. AI features (chat, receipt OCR, sanity checks) require network access.

7. Third-party services

TrackAm relies on a small number of established service providers strictly to operate the product. Categories of providers we use are summarised in the Privacy Policy. These providers operate under their own terms; their outages may affect us.

8. Your content

Everything you put into TrackAm — transactions, notes, receipts, chat messages — remains yours. We need a limited licence to store and process it so the app works for you. We don't claim ownership, we don't republish your content, and we don't use it to train public AI models. See Privacy Policy for full detail.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or via our data deletion page. Deletion is permanent and immediate; we cannot recover deleted data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. In most cases we'll email first.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT STINGY AI'S OBSERVATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JamaSoft Concept LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where law does not allow this limit, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) £100.

12. Indemnity

You'll indemnify JamaSoft Concept LTD against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country grants you broader rights — in which case those rights prevail. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

14. Changes to the Terms

If we materially change these Terms, we'll notify you inside the app and by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
