If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the email address tied to your account:
We verify ownership by reply-to address. Deletion happens within 30 days, in practice within 1 working day.
Every record tied to your account is permanently removed — including:
Encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Receipt images held in secure cloud storage are removed immediately as part of the deletion.
Required by Apple App Store, Google Play, and GDPR Article 17 (Right to erasure).
